She manages BIRAC Regional Innovation Centre at IKP which works towards policy shaping initiatives
and startup mentorship programs. She also handles the Grand Challenges Karnataka which caters to
supporting innovations solving Karnataka’s problems supporting 24 innovations so far in the areas of
water, agriculture, health, nutrition and traffic. Apart from this she contributes to various other
grant and incubation programs in health sector at IKP and serves as an advisory board member for
CMRIT incubation centre. She holds a PhD from IISc with specialisation in cellular signalling and
genomic data.
